“I am nominating Ayse because of all the hard work she has done for all to improve the staff moral and Waterloo East Station it's self. she has gone beyond her job requirements to make things better giving up her own time to train staff and to be part of the focus group for the station. she has helped do charity events to raise money and has encouraged others to do so as well, she has just started a mess room fruit bowl that all staff can take from and if they want help replenish. ayse is a credit to the station and to southeastern railway she is very supportive and is always there should you need advice and if she does not know she will do her best to find out what you need yo know she works on the help desk and gets asked loads of questions everyday so to want to help others in the way she does shows how dedicated to her role she is“
