Said the following about Angie Watson:

“Angie's professionalism, passion and the ability to turn all situations she may face on board into a positive opportunity to deliver exceptional service is a true reflection of what you need within a customer facing business.

When faced with any challenge, which is often the case, she still manages to keep smiling and never lets the customer realise that anything is other than normal.

I have been on train with Angie and witnessed this first hand on several occasions and her colleagues see her as a strong role model for the reasons I have included in this nomination.

She will always go above and beyond to support her colleagues and management team and embodies the values of our business.

She isn't afraid to challenge when she feels that we are not delivering the best experience for customers, her feedback is always well thought out and fair. I have had the pleasure of working with Angie in her capacity as a Health and Safety Rep and it always resonates that the customer is at the heart of every decision she is involved in.

She is a delight to work with and the praise she receives for what she delivers is a testimony to the impact she has on the people that she meets on board and works with.“
