Said the following about Holly Wylie:

“Holly was (at the time), an onboard customer service assistant, and I (service manager) was working with her on an evening train to Manchester Piccadilly. About a quarter of the way into the journey, we received a crew call from the train manager about a very distressed disabled young girl (early twenties). The girl was desperate for the bathroom, and with her disability required some assistance. Initially I thought this would simply be a case of Holly pushing her chair to the disabled toilet and manning the door outside in case the passenger was concerned about locking and unlocking the door. However she required help with EVERY aspect including cleaning and tidying herself up afterwards. It's clear that the passenger should not have been travelling without a carer, however Holly decided she could not let the girl fend for herself and in my opinion went above and beyond expectation.

Had she not done so, it could of easily of created a situation, which would of been hugely embarrassing and humiliating for the passenger.“
