In that time he has secured a promotion and worked tirelessly to support the business and his team. In doing so has upskilled managers, provided them with tools to manage difficult situations and also supported his own team. He is also not shy when dealing with difficult situations, whilst they can be uncomfortable, he brings an air of confidence and knowledge to comfort the manager and employee. I cannot truly explain what an asset he is. I have had the pleasure of working with Ajay in my previous role and he really is a great manager, employee and colleague. He has a grounding to him that allows you to be the best you can be. Within the HR world he is someone to watch, mark my words.“
