In his previous role as Vice-Chair of the EDI Charter for Rail Working Group, Mandeep played an instrumental role in developing the group's strategic framework. Now, as the current Chair of the group, his visionary thinking, strategic acumen and relentless dedication have laid a strong foundation for meaningful change. Under his guidance, the Working Group is now poised to drive sustainable improvements in diversity and inclusion practices across the sector.
