“Zandra is our Accessibility & Inclusion Support Officer at Transport for Wales Rail Ltd. She, with the support of her Manager Robert Gravelle, has been working effortlessly within our organisation to launch the Passenger Assist App and Web Interface. This has required her to reach out to numerous stakeholders to achieve buy in and support to ensure that the launch is as successful as possible, and ultimately this is with the desire and priority of achieve a high standard of customer experience for our customers. From a personal perspective, she has worked with our team of Commercial Trainers to help develop what the training material needs to look like when rolled out to our frontline employees and has been a true subject matter expert. She has encouraged us to reach out to our Passenger Assist champions around the business to ensure that true collaboration is reached. This has all been whilst managing a never ending workload but you would never think so when speaking to her! She takes her work in her stride and demonstrates her passion and enthusiasm on a daily basis. It's been a pleasure to work with her on this project.“
