“I started working with Adrian in October of 2016 as a relative newcomer to the rail sector. In hindsight, I couldn’t have asked for a better up-line Manager.
Adrian’s experience and knowledge in various aspects of rail design and engineering are second to none. His project management skills are often a vital factor in the successful completion of deliverables for both BBR Clients and Sub-Contractors. Coupled with this, he is a natural manager of people, taking the time and effort to explain and mentor his staff and sub-contractors within their expected roles and disciplines. This consequently results in project completion to exceeded parameters, within a healthy, happy and harmonious team environment.
Adrian is not the kind of person that looks for rewards or accolades; his ability to help others is a very natural trait. But I feel he deserves the greatest of praise and would be more than happy to see him rewarded as a prominent figure in the Rail Staff Project Manager section. I hope to continue to work and benefit from Adrian’s mentorship for many years to come and would like to say a huge thank you, on behalf of City Surveys for his patience and guidance in the last 6 months.“
