“Adele initially started in a part time role and is very proactive when on shift. She has gone above and beyond during her time with Greater Anglia and has come in on her days off and changed her plans to assist her colleagues on the station
She has also taken on additional duties and gone on a PGI course, which will help out her colleagues and manager, in ensuring the safety of stations
She has also been involved in helping many people on the station over the course of 9 months, who were in distress and needed a shoulder to lean on, whilst treating them with dignity and respect“
