“We were short staffed at Ely and very busy I had a woman come off the Cross Country Service swaying on the platform when she got to me she said she was having a heart attack and she had a heart operation only 3 weeks ago. I managed to get her to platform one in the electric wheel chair and into our first aid room. Deepe came to my aid and made this woman feel as comfortable as possible as I was dispatching trains on my own. Deepe kept radio contact through out as this woman was passing in and out until the ambulance came.“
