“Zandra works as a Customer Service supervisor at Scarborough and is being recognised for her efforts during a particularly busy weekend in March this year.
Unfortunately Zandra and her team were left short handed when members of the contracted Carlisle cleaning team called in sick. This meant that Zandra was left without cover to deal with train presentation duties on short turnarounds in Scarborough.
Not one to let her high standards slip, despite being missing team members all the high standards that Zandra set herself over the years were maintained over the course of the weekend. Zandra cleaned and put out seat reservations for no more than seven trains in total.
We are very proud of her efforts which epitomised the FTPEvalues demonstrating that she has the highest of standards and is committed to our customers. Zandra is a credit to Scarborough station and her manager comments that he is honoured to have her on his team.“
