“I got into a bit of pickle with a reservation I made online this morning, trying to repatriate my twin daughters who were stuck in Edinburgh. Wendy bless her was the fifth person I was put through to, but she went out of her way and beyond the call of duty to sort out my case and left me feeling more than a little glad that I had been lucky enough to connect to her. A wonderfully pleasant approach and a never say die attitude - customer service at its very best
