As lead trainer at the brand new Customer Solutions Centre in Gosforth, he's been absolutely integral in the training and coaching of all sixty plus staff. As he's based in Plymouth, he's had to travel to the other end of the country and take on a huge challenge. He's done so with such enthusiasm as commitment, he's really gone above and beyond to deliver training of the highest quality.
He does this in such a warm, informal, yet professional way, that you instantly warm to him and really listen to what he says. He incorporates all different learning styles, and he really cares about what he's delivering and ensures it's effective every time.
Even with training winding down, he's always around for support, and is the go to guy for the Customer Solutions Representatives, Team Leaders and even other colleagues across the business.
Despite being in such demand, he's always so welcoming and willing to help and never looses his cool.
