Said the following about Tracey Robinson:

“You will not find a senior manager or director who has not seen a difference in the role the operational HR team plays within the business since Tracey joined just over a year ago. Tracey is tenacious and pro-active to the core, not letting managers or reps away with inactivity or shying away from difficult decisions. She has played an integral role in coaching line managers in dealing with complex people cases, giving them the confidence to deal with issues they may not have done 12 months ago. There is also no doubt that she has played an integral role in supporting managers to actively manage sickness, and especially long term sickness within their functions. She has brought about a complete change in how line managers see the role of OH and introduced a range of OH interventions which have challenged ‘how we do things round here’ . Tracey embodies a number of the values but pro-active stands out the most and sums up how she supports the business to make the right people decisions in a professional and proactive manner.“

Said the following about Tracey Robinson:

“Innovation (Tracey Robinson - Head of HR) - For her support, new ideas on how we think and what we can do 'differently'

I nominate Tracey Robinson because of her innovative approach and ideas when it comes to supporting the Operations team with regards to HR issues. Tracey is a real 'team player' and has broken down 'those barriers' once in place. She has provided guidance to the Ops team on some very difficult issues, offering sound advice, trustworthy opinion in order to arrive at an 'informed decision'. She has a wealth of knowledge she is more than happy to share, she is approachable and has prompted new ways of thinking and above all new 'solutions' to age old problems within the business in relation to man-management issues.“
