The business has trebled its client base, increased permanent recruitment revenue by 64% and doubled the number of contract staff supplied to key clients over the last 6 months, with a further 50% increase forecast by December 2015. Through much hard work and dedication, the team have achieved these results without compromising the high level of customer service that both their clients and candidates have become accustomed to. Ford & Stanley are now working with 48 rail business across the UK to which company turnover has increased by 70%. These figures alone are a true testament to the hard work and dedication of the team and prove that they are more than worthy of this award.“
