Said the following about Tracey Clarke:

“Tracey has been at Rainham station for a number of years, in this time she has been a constant support to her colleagues and passengers. She is enthusiastic, patient and caring and will always set time aside to ensure that each customer receives a personal experience. She is highly thought of by the colleagues she works with and always offers support on issues that are not part of her daily role.

I have heard numerous customers remark positively in the interactions with her. She goes the extra mile to establish a personal relationship with her customers and this is rewarded by their view of her. She has assisted my mother personally on many occassion with ticket information and pricing and always with a cheerful and caring nature.

She has an accepting and can do attitude and this can be demonstrated in service disruption, bus replacement service and weather issues where she will role up her sleeves and focus on what needs to be done.

Colleagues from around the area call her if they need advise on ticket types and accounting issues and she never declines a call to help. She is an asset to Southeaster Railway.“
