“Susan is a very caring, friendly, helpful member of staff. She is patient with customers no matter what the situation may be including difficult, rude, disrespectful customers. She helps everyone with their choice of travel routes and fares. On a personal level she has been very supportive to me during my husband’s illness and when he passed away. I have witnessed the same support given to young and old no matter what the circumstances are. She is renowned for her charitable work and nothing is too much for her. The staff of Johnstone station take care of it making travel a pleasure even offering a small library for anyone interested in reading on their travels.“
