“Stuart has worked for Virgin Trains for a number of years now and he is the Station Trainer for Retail. He has done this for years and driven the importance of Customer Service in such an awesome way to everyone he has trained and demonstrated this everyday no matter whether there is disruption or not he is always helping customers and colleagues and without him the team would not be the same. His personality creates morale and the customers always leave him looking glowing and happy. He works so hard and always wants to help staff and customers. I think he needs a special thank you for his years and commitment. He has also never has sick leave and always tries his best everyday, 363 railway days a year (364 this year!). He makes customers and colleagues so happy and I think this award will gratify him! Please appreciate this experience and awesomeness... he makes everyday full of joy and laughter with commitment and passion.“
