Stephen has a passion for Trains and has excelled during his train which he completed ahead of schedule and with the highest of praise from his training managers, colleagues and all who meet him.
What most is admired about Stephen is how he helped his colleagues during the Covid-19 pandemic when training was suspended and trainees were asked to study from home. Stephen took it upon himself to set up daily Teams meetings in which the group would spend time going over their learning and addressing any gaps in knowledge. Not only was this good for their knowledge retention but it also helped to keep the group motivated during a time of uncertainty.
Stephens’s selflessness and contribution to the success of his colleagues is unmeasurable and not only was Stephen the perfect Apprentice, but he also showed great integrity in demonstrating how we can come together through adversity to reach a common goal.
