He has stepped up on a number of projects to act as the principal Project Manager, an opportunity typically reserved for seasoned PMs, Stephen has shown the aptitude to be able to do that now, at what is a very early stage of his career. Calm and collected in his approach and completely unshakeable, Stephen has moved on to projects in crisis and through sheer determination and will, turned them around.
