“Over the last 3 years, Stefani has surpassed her goals of becoming a fellow in leadership management. She has a young family that consists of 3 young boys but never lets this affect her key role within the business. Stefani is the mixity ambassador for her company and champions a fair work place for women. Stefani is closing the gap between gender equality. She drives motivation throughout the business and an inspiration to all her colleagues. This year, Stefani has achieved so much, not only personally but professionally too.

Stefani has created the apprenticeship scheme with her company. Since January, they now have 12 apprentices within the business. Two of which she mentors. They are both women in the construction industry. She is heavily involved with the early careers programme and has recently become a Enterprise Advisor. The role of an enterprise advisor is to be an advocate of the program. Being an enterprise advisor will help strengthen the links between education and employment. The goal is to raise the profile and quality of careers education in schools and colleges to raise the aspirations among young people. This network connects schools and colleges with employers and careers program providers to support them to work together to provide young people with affective and high-quality encounters with the world of work.“
