“Ryan is a customer host for Heathrow Express and has been with us for a couple of years now. On top of his normal duties Ryan is very committed and dedicated to Autism awareness. He has volunteered to be on the steering committee for Heathrow Airport autism awareness project.
He has also ran the Terminal 2 local autism group for the last 4 months. Ryan has collaborated with Heathrow Express work/coach assessors to introduce autism awareness training as part of the disability training to all new starters. This has recently rolled out to the last group to come on line. He is currently working in hand with them on the translation of that to the new E learning platform and is also trying to work a way to introduce it to refresher training to all current employees. Ryan has dedicated so much of his time into an area that is close to his heart and feels that we all should be made aware of this silent condition.
He has also been part of a team to help raise funds and collect supplies for the victims of the recent Grenfell Tower Block fire. It is also noted what a role model Ryan is whilst undertaking his day to day duties, well presented, professional and really good with customers. Ryan is a star in my eyes and to all of us at Heathrow Express and that I feel more recognition is needed for all the effort and hard work that he has put in.“
