Said the following about Robert Richmond:

“I would like to nominate Robert (Robbie) Richmond from QTS for the Outstanding Customer Service award.

Over the last 12 months, Robbie has went out of his way to help me ensure that the Vegetation project is delivered as per the programme. He has had some great ideas to improve delivery in both terms of safety and time, and continually helps me make sure everything is in place prior to the works taking place - I really appreciate his efforts and I want to recognise him for his teamwork.

The work Robbie undertakes is of the highest quality and as such the programme continues to be a success. Initially the removal of an ORR improvement notice was the target, which was achieved ahead of schedule, however due to on going success of the programme, we have been requested by the sponsor to undertake additional works to help improve the infrastructure. Additional funding has been provided and the customer is looking forward to the next stages being as successful as it has been so far.

The diligence and dedication demonstrated by Robbie has not gone unnoticed in his own company and as such his remit within the company has expanded. However, as expected due to the type of character he is, his enthusiasm remains the same to ensure the project is delivered to the same levels of performance.

I would like to “thank him” you for his significant contribution to our projects success. We are implementing his recommendations for new equipment and delivery methods and hope that it will help him to maintain the same excellent performance.“
