Said the following about Reiltin Pearcy:

“Reiltin is a Station Manager for GTR for the Oxted line, during the Landslide at Lingfield in February 2023, Reiltin ensured that everything ran smoothly. Despite the challenging circumstances, Reiltin demonstrated remarkable composure and adaptability, which are essential qualities of a great leader. It is truly impressive that she was able to handle such a demanding situation with such grace and professionalism, especially given that she was relatively new to the role only joining the management team in October 2023.

In addition to managing the landslide crisis, Reiltin also had to deal with unexpected issues at Hurst Green, where she had to quickly assemble a team to terminate trains and provide passenger advice. She worked tirelessly to ensure that all stations were fully staffed and that the needs of all passengers were met. This was no easy feat, and it required a great deal of coordination, communication, and resourcefulness.

Throughout all these challenges, Reiltin maintained a positive attitude and displayed exceptional leadership skills. She was able to build strong relationships with her colleagues and senior managers across GTR, demonstrating her knowledge and confidence in her abilities. Her dedication and hard work did not go unnoticed, and both the staff and customers appreciated her efforts.

It is worth noting that Reiltin went above and beyond her duties, even dedicating a significant amount of her own time outside of working hours to ensure that everything was running smoothly. This level of commitment and initiative is a testament to her passion for her job and her desire to provide the best possible service to her customers.

Overall, Reiltin's performance during the landslide crisis in Lingfield area was exemplary, and she has proven herself to be a valuable asset to my team. Her leadership skills, adaptability, and commitment to excellence are qualities that will serve her well in her current role and in any future endeavours.“
