“Having worked with Rachel for nearly ten years, she came to Telent as a document controller and has worked tirelessly to achieve her current role as a project manager, and she has progressed through roles as a project coordinator, assistant project manager, and finally, this year, was promoted into the role of a project manager. She has undertaken an apprenticeship to gain qualifications juggling this with a full-time role as the project lead on a framework of contracts. Committing time to her development and yet never letting her projects suffer for it. She has modelled leadership qualities to the people who work alongside her, is always helpful and is always looking for ways to improve herself and her work.“
