“Marks team on Crossrail Anglia for Costain have delivered all targets set for them in a very high pressure environment.
Last year the existing Crossrail possession team left the project and PPS Rail became involved within very tight timescales to set up the access strategy whilst maintaining flawless access on a weekly basis for a live project stretching from Bow Jn to beyond Shenfield.
Initially a 2 man team stepped in and assisted the 1 remaining planner and implemented access strategies, spread sheets and planning systems whilst recruiting the wider team to plug the holes in the org chart
This lead to some frustration in the short term but eventually with the never give up spirit a solution was found and the planning is now on course
