Peter over the years has been consistent and professional in his job and has really taken proactive ownership of the MtoGo retail store at Maghull and setting the example. He is always helpful and ready to support his colleagues and shares the same values when dealing with customers. No job is too much for him and he really does go the ‘extra mile’ in his customer service which is evident by the number of letters of praise from our customers. Well done Peter you are a credit to Merseyrail, a real Ambassador for the customer services team and an example for us all to follow.“
