“The team are responsible for ensuring the training of drivers and dispatchers for C2c. They have had an incredible year, and as well as delivering the day to day training, they have also had to contend with the introduction of the new 720 units. That has meant they have had to build and deliver training across shunter, part time and full time train drivers, as well as iron out any teething issues liaising with Alstrom. The team have done really well to deliver all of this and the stock has now successfully entered passenger service.“
