Ollie who I have known for many years, has always been a very proactive, professional individual and in times of disruption always able to make decisions using his own initiative and remains calm in a crisis.
In my role as service info controller based at Banbury I only liaise with Ollie over a phone but I have always found him to be a polite well-mannered lovely guy who deserves some recognition as station member of staff of the year.
There are many staff 'the bread and butter' of these companies that go into work each day delivering on all aspects and can at times have really challenging days and sometimes go unnoticed. Here’s an opportunity to sing their praises!!“
