“Olly is a Customer Service Assistant based at Stockport, Apart from being a great team player, our Tech genius, Health and Safety rep and always wanting to improve the customer's experience he comes up with some unique ways to keep the teams engaged. His recent idea was to create short videos called "This is Stockport" Each video includes a member of the Stockport team who reveals some personal favourite things they do when not at work. There is humour and drama added which really catches your attention. This is then shared on our company communication channel for all to see. The feedback has been amazing and from various departments. The Stockport team has enjoyed doing these and it gives a lovely personal touch to get to know who and what your team's interests are. I'm so proud of Olly's achievement“
