“The production team at Old Oak Common depot is made up from all different people from all different backgrounds. It has members that have been on the railway all their lives and it has members who have only just started their railway journey. Although there are many different people on the team they always pull together and get the massive amount of work we get done.
They are always helping each other and working together to solve problems they they come across. Old oak common has been through some tough times but the production team always manages to deliver and I feel this deserves rewarding. The production team has also taken it upon themselves to improve there working environment by implementation of 5s and exemplar and are making massive improvements to the depot and there working areas. The production team has to work both day and night to provide vehicles for service for the West of England and do this time and time again. They are a friendly positive team who want to get the work done to provide a good service to our customers.“
