“I joined Kent Possession Delivery Team last September 2014 and have been nothing but impressed with how they are set up from "Top 2 Bottom". From the Planning team who had to handle losing experienced members of staff through retirement and getting new jobs, then the new staff adapting to hitting the ground running. Also the B2 compilers have been brilliant, always helping out in emergency and with their knowledge. But I am really pleased with the "guys on the ground", The Kent Inner & Outer Support who collate names for the possession packs and makes the diagrams and Sswops packs. They also organise the manpower on Inner & Outer for the 54 staff we have. That brings me on nicely to the Picops and blockmen we have (Obviously if nominated we ALL couldn't attend! Lol), they go above and beyond the remit of what their asked sometimes. It's demanding and we moan time to time, BUT we love our job. Please consider my work colleagues, they deserve a "pat on the back".“
