“My travel Centre team are embracing the ongoing changes to our ways of working, maintaining an exceptionally high level of customer service whilst embracing the opportunities that present themselves when were 'out and about' on the station, meeting, greeting and often resolving our customers’ needs as a first point of contact. In the midst of Industrial Unrest, my team have always and continue to place the customer at the forefront of their collective decision making, adopting what we in LNER describe as 'floor walking' (essentially Mobile Ticketing & Customer Service), to enhance our visibility and our Customer Service offering.“
