I have witnessed the staff here going the extra mile to ensure the passengers are well looked after and given the correct information. Each and every one of the staff are a joy to work with and I have seen first hand how grateful the passengers are.
They often work under extreme circumstance but just embrace this and do not let it get in the way of providing excellent customer service.
