“Monica is an exceptional manager. she is one of the kindest people I have ever met who is able to manage a large team of Drivers with professionalism and compassion.
Monica is often juggling multiple HR cases, whilst being the 'GO TO' person at the deport for the majority of the drivers. Monica is well liked because she takes the time to get to know her drivers and she shows them she cares. She is able to retain a great deal of information and the drivers respond well to this care and attention.
Monica has a number of long term absence cases, but she works extremely hard to support the drivers back into the work place as quickly as possible. She remembers the detail of all the cases she is working on. Monica is the longest serving Driver Manager at Norwood, so she has an immense amount of knowledge about the Deport and the drivers. She has built an excellent working relationship with the Union and this all helps to ensure Norwood operates as efficiently as possible.
Monica is always upbeat and professional and also volunteers for Step In. She really wanted the best for our customers and always goes the extra mile to ensure the best outcomes for people.“
