“Michelle is an absolute asset to Tonbridge station, she has done so much good work for the station such as getting refurbishment works in the ticket office, staff mess room, LTSC and supervisor office. Michelle tirelessly works for the good of the station and has always got time for her staff. I have emailed Michelle at 03.00 in the morning and got a reply straight away!! I seriously don't think there is a job that is too big for her. There is a lot of staff progression under Michelle.
