The RailStaff Awards 2024

Nominations for Apprentice of the Year

Jyoti Jassi

Said the following about Megan Evans - **HAS LEFT**:

“Megan has been an apprentice with the business since September 2016. In her first 5 months she rotated around the business doing various frontline roles and always received positive feedback from everyone she worked with.

Megan has really shined since joining the HR/Recruitment team in February of this year. She was well and truly thrown into the deep end and has exceeded expectations at every turn. Megan isn't afraid to get stuck in and ask questions and has been vital to the team this year to keep the operation running. Megan also goes above and beyond by getting involved in wider initiatives in the team, such as responsible business, recruitment roadshows, careers fairs and much more.

Megan has only been with us for just under a year but I have no doubt that this is the beginning of a long career in the railway, judging by her commitment and positive attitude. Because of all this I would love for Megan to win Apprentice of the Year at the RailStaff awards to recognise her for all her hard work.“
