During a recent incident, he demonstrated unwavering dedication to assisting a passenger in dire need. When a passenger lost their baggage in a POD vehicle, found and located it using our CCTV and got it back to them. Matthew went above and beyond the call of duty, not only did he successfully retrieve the lost belongings, but he also took the initiative to personally meet the passengers. Matthew's exceptional service continued as he guided them through security and how to locate the track transit system. Ensuring they were comfortable and confident in their journey. His remarkable commitment to service left a lasting impression on the passengers, who took the time to express their gratitude in a heartfelt letter two weeks later. Matthew Newell's actions serve as a shining example of what exceptional customer service truly means.“
