“Mary has excellent product knowledge, a warm smile and a cheery outlook which make her a pleasure to work with. She utilises these assets to ensure customers get the best possible service and in return she often gets good customer feedback.

Her enthusiasm rubs off on her colleagues making work more enjoyable for us all. She is always willing to pass on her knowledge to help less experience staff and always ready to lend an ear should anyone need it. The railway is a far better place with Mary around and customers always gets a good experience.“
