Mark drives forward new initiatives and ensures all training is fit for purpose. Mark is the Oracle, he is the go-to person for help and advice. He is always eager to help and provide guidance, providing lots of advice on how to achieve the best for our learners, and supporting Project Managers and line Managers to name but a few. Mark is extremely approachable which makes him so easy to approach and ask for help, support, and advice.
Mark is also a Line Manager who ensures that he imparts his wealth of knowledge to his team so that this passion and knowledge is embedded to continue. As a member of the team, I have continued to develop my knowledge and skills because of the time and patience that Mark tirelessly commits to, making sure that we have a safe and competent workforce.
