“Marianna looks after the new drivers for Norwood and Selhurst, but Marianna takes this one step further than just looking at the qualification side of things. She take an interest in the new drivers during a time that can be very stressful for them.
Marianna is a mental health first aider and also a TRiM practitioner. It's clear that Marianna cares and understands the importance of taking care of peoples mental health in the work place. Marianna is often promoting the services that GTR offers to it's workforce to help support their physical and mental wellbeing.
It's been a very tough few years for everyone, so it's great to see a leader that cares and takes the time to listen to people and engage in the mental health training that the company offers.“
