Over the past year she has been the instigator of so many initiatives creating various safety campaigns including the very successful “Acceptable Standards†workshops on topics such as safety, quality and environmental processes.
She has the ability to generate fun and easy to understand material, which gets the point across at all levels. Workshops have been delivered to a very high standards, not only to Network Rail staff but external contractors across the country, and she has had requests to repeat these to other parts of the business/organisations.
Maria is always the first to volunteer and delivers with a very clear and friendly disposition.“
