“Lynsay, who is Head of Customer Service, worked tirelessly at the end of last year to deliver a customer service restructure to the business. She completed this on time and without drama. She create new roles and made changes to others. She spent time interviewing new candidates and also had to make difficult decisions with existing colleagues. The new structure was delivered on time and with complete professionalism. Since the new structure has been in place Heathrow Express has received its best ever NRPS score of 97% and were joint best TOC in the survey. Lynsay thoroughly deserves this nomination as she has delivered an excellent customer service team responsible for the safety and wellbeing of the Heathrow Express customers, which clearly shows in the excellent NRPS scores.“
