I could speak endlessly about Lynn and her qualities, because they are as boundless as her energy.

She has become not just a coach but also a mentor and a friend to her colleagues, always ready to lend a helping hand or provide guidance when needed.

Lynn's dedication extends beyond her job description. She takes care of the Reading caterers and watches over their well-being, showing her commitment to our team.

But Lynn's impact doesn't stop there. She played a crucial role in launching a new payment system, simplifying the passenger experience. Her dedication and ability to work through challenges were key to its success, earning praise from passengers and stakeholders.

During the Nuneham Block, a challenging 10 week period, Lynn's commitment shone brightly. Regardless of the weather, Lynn was present at Didcot station every day. She provided exceptional customer service and trained agency staff at lightning speed, showing her professionalism and industry commitment.

In recognition of her dedication, I proudly nominate Lynn Carter for the Customer Service Award. She's a railway hero who deserves this recognition for her tireless efforts, positive influence, and unwavering commitment to our industry.
