“At approximately 0705, a passenger knocked on (Driver) Luke's cab door to ask whether I had a first aid kit as another passenger had fallen and cut herself (Mandy). Luke then went to comfort the woman and offer first aid, he was able to lighten the woman's mood. The woman was a bit shaken up at first but Luke was able to calm her down and uplift the scenario to having a few laughs and Jokes. He escorted the woman and her friend to the Urgent Care Unit at Guys Hospital.
This was an excellent display of going above and beyond to deliver exemplary customer service.“
