She always challenges the status quo to develop this area across the whole business. She has been the driving force behind new policies that have created a fairer working environment for all. Lou has been a major driving force behind initiatives such as establishing a mentoring group that works alongside the Women in Rail initiative to help ensure that all colleagues have the best opportunities.
