Said the following about Lisa Wilkinson Lisa Wilkinson:

“Lisa is always customer driven and supports all of our customers both internally and externally with ease.

Lisa supports all to the highest level, even if it is with a managing director of a train company or a junior member of staff, ensuing that the best interests of the customer are served.

One of the duties she undertakes is to manage our office space (of around 200 desks), she serves us excellently by ensuring all issues are treated diligently, she immediately takes responsibility and will deal with the issue, checking with the team if they are satisfied and if not, Lisa will consult and work to provide a solution that will serve their needs.

Lisa has created a proactive listening and feedback system, this is a "you Said, we did" scheme, where she collects feedback from the whole team on all aspects and ensures the issues get actioned and feed back is given to the team.

Lisa takes accountability for all aspects of her duties and she is fully trusted by the team to do what she said she would and by when, if she cannot do something as has been requested she will always explain this, with the offer of what she can do and by when. We have been in a new office for less than a year and there has been many issues, some of which would be considered by most to be outside of her remit, (such as fire evacuation and other safety issues), but Lisa took these on with gusto, seeking support as was required to ensure the issues where dealt with.

Lisa clearly shows positive challenging behavior. This is demonstrated through her drive to do better at what she does and for the team, she is able to take complex issues affecting our team and place of work and through challenge, get to the heart of the issue and push for resolutions.

Lisa recognises that her role is to support the team within the context of her role supporting also the interests of the company and does not shy away from challenging members of the team, for example on issues relating to expenses policy or hotels/travel costs. Lisa will work with the team and team members, when there has been signs of poor behavior in the office showing lack of respect for others and ensuring we do not endanger our team spirit. She was instrumental to improving our fire evacuation procedure policy in this office and gaining support to implement it.

Lisa's collaborative behavior is shown through her desire to ensure we have an inclusive team, Lisa strives to ensure no one feels left out, and will often challenge teams, to ensure when they are arranging a lunch or social event that they are making efforts to include their whole team. Lisa has worked hard with the RDD to ensure that our team have a voice and by encouraging staff form all grades to get involved in leadership events and session, she often encourages new presenters within the team to take part in team briefs, etc.“
