“Lisa was on duty when a gentleman said he didn't feel well. He wanted to catch his train but after Lisa observed him she thought he could be having a heart attack and called an ambulance.
His wife came to the station later to thank Lisa and said he was indeed having a heart attack and had a stent fitted.
Without Lisa's intervention this could have turned out very differently.
