Said the following about Lilly Connors:

“Lilly is the 'Communications Lead' for Archway, Network Rail's LGBT+ employee network, and a Diversity and Inclusion Champion in addition to her main role as a Senior Advanced Timetable Analyst.

Within her Archway role Lilly has spearheaded the network's 'On the same track' campaign, delivering in pride month (June) 2023. Lilly led this campaign from inception through to delivery and faced numerous challenges throughout the process including:

- Learning and managing the tendering process

- recruiting sufficient volunteers from Archway’s membership who were willing to share their experiences as LGBT+ employees within Network Rail

- working with the production company during the filming to ensure the initial vision is delivered whilst also participating in the filming and sharing her experiences as an openly bi woman

- organising and delivering the launch of these videos, along with associated posters and posts on internal and external social media channels

Lilly managed all this in an extremely professional and approachable way, whilst still being true to herself and with minimal impact on her other work commitments.

The campaign, spearheaded by Lilly, has been well received across the company with well attended panel discussions, the largest ever single month increase in membership for Archway and positive responses on both Archway's and Network Rail's social media.

The ‘On the same track’ campaign has empowered LGBT+ employees within Network Rail to share their experiences and educated colleagues across the company on LGBT+ allyship.“
