“Libby has recently shown that she is really focused on “Keeping it simpleâ€. She has designed a new programme to help Skipton log the large amount of lost property they receive on a daily basis. The programme automatically gives a reference number and drastically cuts down the amount of paper used to log items. The spread sheet can then be sent to Customer Relations by e-mail without having to wait until they have time to log the items which has been a problem recently. This has also helped Customer Relations as they have been struggling to cope with their workload. Additionally Libby has also put herself forward to help cover the Rosters department and give leave cover to one of these crucial roles.“
