“Leon has excelled in his L4 Assessor Coach Apprenticeship, taking ownership of his learning and helping problem solve where challenges have arisen for his peers. The workshops had to be re-arranged and Leon started out in one cohort and was moved to another due to the cancellation of sessions, this has not phased him and enjoyed the opportunity to mix with a different group. He has been very much proactive rather than reactive and will take lead parts in workshops whilst asking searching questions to make the group think. He is now combining his new learning with looking after a group of Train Driver L3 Apprentices and is using his newfound skills to help these Learners through their apprenticeships. He is always first to volunteer if we need to get equipment to another apprentice or to help the champions research material for British Values, Prevent or Safe Guarding.
Leon did not drop a single mark at EPA, recording a perfect 120/120.“
